Project “Almas House in Poland” is being fulfilled in the period from 1-st of September 2015 till 30-th of April 2016. It concentrates on the problem of ageing society in Poland and the need to rise care standards by implemetation of Norwegian models.
The aim of the project is the exchange of knowledge and sharing good practics between members of Innovative Medicine Cluster and our Norwegian partners, who are: Geriatric Resource Center – unit of the City Hall of Oslo and the biggest Skandinavian, Medical Cluster OsloMedtech. For the project, we got financial support from Norway Grants, which operator is Polish Ministry of Health.
