We are pleased to inform that our member – Pracodawcy Zdrowia has developed, within the project  named “Management of economic change in the medical companies”, an innovative approach to the management of medical practice.

The main aim of the project was to improve adaptive skills of companies in medical industry by creation and implementation of business models.
Developed business models are universal tools for executives. They show the ways to increase operational efectiveness of medical enterprise.
The proof that models are successful is that the companies that participated in the project and did make changes in management, in the short period of time observed a significant improvement in the functioning of all areas of the company.
